Whilst it would be nice for us to send out goods for samples all over the country on request this is not feasible - why ?
BECAUSE WE DISPATCH ALL GOODS AS NEW and as such we are governed by our new garment policy
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INVOLVED DUE TO THOSE WHO DO NOT RETURN SAMPLES - THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INVOLVED ORDERING AND DISPATCHING - THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS DEALING WITH RETURN AUTHORITES AND ASSOCIATED PAPERWORK -RESTOCKING FEES MAKES SAMPLING NOT A VIABLE OPTION
Note : Each Label has minimum delivery and handling fee of $15.00 + gst
However
SPLASH ALLEY WILL SEND OUT SAMPLES ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS :
ALL SAMPLES MUST BE PURCHASED - no samples will be dispatched unless invoiced and fully paid for - THESE MAY BE RETURNED FOR DECORATION IF REQUIRED
All samples are sent out as per the listed price plus delivery fee if applicatable
SPLASH ALLEY WILL HOWEVER REFUND THIS DELIVERY FEE* - if an order of 50+ garments or 50+ t-shirts excluding headwear is forthwith placed with Splash Alley
* excludes any orders with volume discounts applied or free delivery
or
SPLASH ALLEY WILL CREDIT ONLY THOSE SAMPLE ITEMS ORDERED - if an order of 100+ garments is forthwith placed with Splash Alley - ANY SAMPLES SENT BUT NOT ORDERED ARE NON RETUNABLE
